Pine Island beats Tigers with late-inning runs

Lake City Tiger baseball lost the lead late in a 5-3 defeat at the hands of Pine Island on April 28.

The game was tied at three with Pine Island batting in the bottom of the fifth when Graham Majerus doubled on the first pitch of the at-bat, scoring one run.

Justin Wohlers led things off on the mound for the Lake City Tigers. The pitcher went six innings, allowing five runs on six hits, striking out seven, and walking one.
