Siewert earns All-American honors in college wrestling
Shane Siewert of Lake City completed his wrestling career as a Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC) Yellowjacket March 2 and 3 at the 2019 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) National Championships in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
The 174 pounder went 5-1 over the two-day tournament, earning him a third place spot on the podium, as well as All-American honors. Shane was the highest finisher for Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC).
He was also named the 2019 North District Division III outstanding wrestler.
