Softball Tigers fall to Red Wing 11-1

Game two of the season and the Tigers came out swinging against the Red Wing Wingers Thursday, April 15, on the Wingers’ home field, but just couldn’t capitalize on their initial momentum in the 11-1 loss.

The Tigers’ number two batter, Jamee Norlund, sent a triple to right field on her first at-bat, and eventually made it in for the Tigers’ sole run of the night as Mira Wells was stealing second base.

It was Red Wing’s turn, and they came out swinging.
