Softball Tigers split double header with Triton

Still flying high after their first win of the season against Pine Island April 16, the Lake City Tigers softball team stepped on the  field April 23 with intent, and made bringing home their second win in as many games almost inevitable.
By the end of the second inning, the Tigers had held the Cobras to zero runs while Elyse Dalager walked to first, stole second, then scored on a double to left field by Morgan West. West then scored on a crack to the fence in center field by Jamee Norlund.
The Tigers led 2-0, but only for a little while.
