Tiger baseball team drops two close games to tough Pine Island team

The Lake City High School varsity baseball Team dropped two close games against conference and section foe, Pine Island, last week. Despite holding the Panthers (a team who has averaged 9 runs a game heading into the matchups) to only 8 runs total, the Tigers weren’t able to squeak out a victory, losing by a score of 3-2 on Monday night and 5-3 on Thursday night.
