Tiger boys rally late to defeat Byron

Hunter Lorenson fueled a 15-3 run over the final 3:12 as Lake City rallied past Byron 63-58 to remain unbeaten last Tuesday night. Lorenson scored eight points during crunch time before Keegan Ryan intercepted a pass and went in for a layup with 10 seconds to play to seal the victory as Lake City improved to 13-0 on the season.

The first eight minutes featured four ties and four lead changes as Keegan Ryan and Jaden Shones each scored four early points. Jack Meincke hit a big three-pointer in the early stages as the Tigers surged to a 13-9 lead with 10:26 to play until halftime.
