Lake City showed no rust from an 11-day layoff as the Tigers rolled past Dover-Eyota 73-57 at Winona State University. Four Tigers players reached double figures as Lake City led from start to finish, improving to 5-1 with the victory.
All five starters scored for the Tigers in the first three minutes, who took control early with a 15-2 run over the first 5:14. Lake City forced 10 first half turnovers, often capitalizing in transition as the Eagles never were able to bring the deficit below double digits.
