Win number four on the season went in the books May 6 when the Lake City Tigers softball team hosted the Kenyon-Wanamingo Knights.
The Tigers took control early, putting away the first three Knights that stepped up to the plate.
By the end of the first inning, Lake City had already racked up two runs on a hit to the fence by Deonna Jostock that sent Jamee Norlund in from second, and infield errors that allowed Jostock to cross the plate soon after.
The second inning was quick for both teams, and the score held at 2-0, Lake City.
