Tiger trap shooting season draws to a close

The 35 member Tiger Trap Team’s competitive spring season ended Saturday, just as it began on April 4— with cold temperatures, cloudy skies and drizzle facing the shooters.

“We had one perfect day for shooting during the eight week season,” said head coach Kyle Muenkel. “It was sunny and warm with almost no wind. But the weather the other seven days of shooting didn’t keep the team from having a very competitive season. While conference standings aren’t yet available, we should be able to hold our heads high.
