Tigers baseball wins two close games
There are a lot of ways to characterize a win in baseball. Lake City’s 7-2 victory over Rochester Lourdes April 26 was almost perfect--good pitching, hitting, defense. Not to mention beating Lourdes.
But the Lake City Tiger baseball team is not perfect, and every game is not going to go like the Lourdes game. On the other hand the Tigers are a pretty decent team---how decent, time will tell---and decent teams will find a way to win sometimes when all the parts are not working up to desired levels.
