Two represent Lake City at Metro All Star tourney
Lake City had two representatives on the 14/15A August Classic Red Team which participated in a 10-team August Classic “All Star” tournament on July 31 through Aug. 4 in Apple Valley. They won their pool play, and lost in the championship game 8-7 to finish as runner-up. Lake City was grouped with players from Red Wing, South St. Paul Grey, Inver Grove Heights and Cottage Grove White. Representing Lake City were Johan Zorn (left) and Andru Kohrs.
