Varsity bowlers headed for state

On Saturday Nov. 19 the Tigers traveled to Wow Zone in Mankato for the Class A South Super Regional Tournament. This competition would determine the twelve teams that would earn a trip to the Class A State Tournament. The day started with pool play where each team bowled a two game match against seven different opponents. Each two game match is worth 3 points - 1 for each game win and 1 for highest two game total. In pool play the Tigers lost just 2 games to come out on top of Pool B with 17.5 points. They had a total pin fall of 2,761 for an average of 197.
