Veronen breaks school record in 100M hurdles
On Tuesday, May 7, the Lake City Tigers girls track and field team competed at the Section 1AA True Team meet at the Paul Giel Field in Winona. The meet consisted of 11 AA schools. Byron won the girls competition with 516.5 points. Red Wing was second (515) and was followed by Stewartville (482), Plainview-Elgin-Millville (476), Rochester Lourdes (416), Winona (378), Lake City (370), Pine Island (367), Kasson-Mantorville (327.5), Faribault (271), and Albert Lea (191).
