Volleyball season opens with a victory over Plainview-Elgin-Millville

The Lake City Tiger volleyball team played its first game of the season against Plainview-Elgin-Millville (PEM) and did exactly what was expected. Win.

The matches were competitive, but the Tigers held their standing and started the night with the first point and an ace from Ryann Willers for the second. PEM took over the ball on the third serve from Willers, but a cross court kill by Delaney Issendorf won it back.

Ava Brunn then stepped up to serve three aces in a row and make the score 7-2, Tigers, before turning the ball over.
