Arts group puts out call for military appreciation art
Lake City Area Arts (LCAA) is now accepting submissions from all artists for the November, 2020 “Military Appreciation” art exhibit commemorating Veterans Day, Nov. 11.
“Military service encompasses a multitude of experiences, emotions and artifacts that lend themselves to a moving tribute to our military,” LCAA said in a news release.
Artwork in all mediums will be accepted, including 2D artwork, sculpture, textiles, poetry, photography, digital works and hand made military models.
