First class funeral coach getting a new caretaker

All that Augie Schleicher wanted was for his prized horse-drawn funeral coach to remain in the county it’s spent its long life in, be open for public viewing and use, and be well-cared for in the years to come.
He was able to make all that happen last Tuesday morning at his Plainview funeral chapel when he and is wife, Carol, donated the beautiful carriage to the Wabasha County Historical Society (WCHS).
