Portions of Wabasha County Hwy. 2 to close for culvert replacement

Wabasha County Hwy. 2 at 0.5 mile and 1.5 mile north of Minnesota Hwy. 60 is planned to be closed to all traffic beginning approximately May 18 for culvert replacements, according to the Wabasha County Highway Department.

Work in the culvert replacement areas in planned to begin approximately May 15 with flaggers. Road closure is expected to last two weeks. Work areas on County Hwy. 2 will remain an aggregate surface until patched in fall of 2026.
