September keeps Lake City FFA busy
September was a busy month for the Lake City FFA. The month kicked off with back-to-school activities and the end of the Minnesota State Fair. This year, Lake City had the largest FFA delegation at the Minnesota State Fair in many years. Simon Brand showed beef cattle; Sawyer Marcellus and Jonathan Raths showed dairy cattle; and Andrea Garcia Gardea, Clara Luhmann, and Lydia Withan all showed sheep. We also had students exhibit non-livestock projects that they completed in their ag classes throughout the year. Chloe Benedict, Ryleigh Briggs, Millie Dohrn, and Sawyer Marcellus all participated in this!
