Washington Street trick-or-treat returns Oct. 31

Lake City businesses are looking forward to hosting hundreds of trick-or-treaters this Halloween during the annual Trick-or-Treat on Washington Street event. It’s a downtown tradition that began in 2011.

On Thursday, Oct. 31, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Washington Street in downtown Lake City from Port 104 on one end down to Dux, Lake City’s ice cream and coffee shop on the other end, business owners, many dressed in costumes, will be handing out treats.
