A very small wedding service takes place in a snowy Ohuta Park Saturday, April 4. “Love conquers all,” wrote Ben Threinen, who took the photo. Social distancing guidelines and limits on gathering sizes during the COVID-19 pandemic have constrained ceremonies around the area in recent weeks. Hok-Si-La Park had a wedding booked for May, but that has been rescheduled for fall, according to Park Manager Joanne Klees. John Brinkman of the Lake City Sportsman’s Club, another popular wedding venue, said the club has been fortunate so far. The first wedding there isn’t scheduled until June.
