Wabasha County Board meeting mixes COVID-19 and other business

The Wabasha County Board of Commissioners met on April 7 at the usual time and in the same place, but also with all the mandated precautions because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
All Commissioners were present: Board Chair Mike Wobbe, Don Springer, Cheryl Key and Brian Goihl were in their usual place at the Board table, Rich Hall was also present via telephone conferencing. County Administrator Brian Buhmann and County Attorney Karrie Kelly were also present.
