Council members favor beautifying reconstructed highway route

Lake City City Council members Monday weighed in on what, if any, functional and aesthetic upgrades to make in conjunction with the Highway 61 reconstruction project.
Representatives of the city’s design and engineering firm SEH presented three levels of investment created based on input from the city’s project management team.
