Locals head to primary polls

DFL primary voters in the Lake City area were feeling the Biden Tuesday night.
The former vice president won over 50 percent of the vote in all but one of Lake City’s four precincts. The exception was Precinct 1, where he had 33.61 percent of the vote, followed by Bernie Sanders with 29.41 percent and Michael Bloomberg with 17.65 percent.
Florence Township likewise voted overwhelmingly for Biden. There he recieved 59.31 percent of the vote.
