More temporary stop signs appear on High Street

The City of Lake City has placed temporary stop signs on North High Street at the intersections of two streets used to access downtown during Highway 61 construction.

Stop signs previously placed at the intersection of High Street and Chestnut Street remain in place.

The new signs are intended to help control the additional traffic using North High Street now that the adjacent section of Highway 61 is closed for construction.
