New City of Lake City administrator's first day was Jan. 11
Lake City’s new city administrator is spending his first two weeks on the job getting out to meet people.
It’s an effort he initiated even before he started the job.
Mark Sievert began Jan. 11, just in time for the year’s first City Council meeting. He told council members he wanted to meet with each of them individually to hear what their concerns and priorities are.
He hasn’t had any of those meetings yet but he has met with plenty of others.
