New owner of former Dunphy's building open to suggestions inside and out

More than a year after Dunphy’s restaurant closed, there are signs of a change in the restaurant’s former home at one of Lake City’s most prominent intersections.

First “sold” signs went over the Nielson Real Estate signs that had hung for months in the large windows. Then a large blue roll-off dumpster appeared outside. When that one filled up, a new one took its place.
