Wabasha SWCD receives grant
The Wabasha SWCD in Wabasha County has announced it was awarded a technical assistance grant from the National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD).
Terry Helbig said “Wabasha and our area partners rely upon the area engineering staff for assistance with a variety of projects, as well as for help with training local technical staff. It will also benefit Wabasha landowners who are applying for or enrolled in the Conservation Stewardship Program with funding to provide more local assistance to process applications.”
