COVID-19 housing assistance offered to Goodhue County residents

Goodhue County residents struggling financially during the pandemic may be eligible for homeowners and renters assistance through the Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (SEMMCHRA).
SEMMCHRA received funding from the Goodhue County CARES Act allotment and the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency COVID-19 Housing Assistance Program.
