12th annual hog roast, block party is Aug. 28
Bethany Lutheran Church will hold their 12 annual hog roast and block party in the church parking lot at 525 S. 6th Street on Saturday, Aug. 28.
The entire community is invited to come for fellowship, music, door prizes and food.
Serving will be from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., rain or shine.
Pulled pork sandwiches, sweet corn, beans, coleslaw, desserts and beverages are on the menu.
The Jim Sexton-Craig Morton Duo will perform live music. There will be drawings for door prizes throughout the evening.
