Tiger tennis comes up short against Bombers

The Lake City Girls Tennis team traveled to Cannon Falls on Thursday, Sept. 9 and came up short of a win with a 2-5 final score.
Number 1 singles Madeline Medvec lost to Hannah Hjellming in a tie-breaker 6-3, 3-6, 4-10.
Number 2 singles Brooke Bee defeated Lauren Ritz 6-2, 6-2 followed by Liberty Heise at Number 3 singles with a 6-1, 6-0 win over Olivia Villarreal.
Number 4 singles Olivia Freiheit falls to Josie Sjoquist with a 6-8, 1-6 final score.
