Funding decision on Three Rivers project expected this month
The Hickory Way apartment project under consideration off Hidden Meadow Lane is getting most of the attention now, but advocates of another proposed apartment complex in Lake City are hopeful that January will bring some good news.
Three Rivers Community Action is collaborating with the City of Lake City on an affordable housing development called “Underwood Terrace” that would be located on North 10th Street between the Lake City Community Gardens and the Lake City Public Safety Building on land currently owned by the city.
