County needs your help. Every three years hospitals conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to understand current health conditions and needs of the communities they serve.
Gundersen St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and Clinics and Wabasha County Public Health have reviewed and studied available data and health indicators in Wabasha County.
