Two Wabasha County 4-H members names ‘Rising Stars’ in dairy showcase

The Rising Star program annually honor youth who have completed sixth through eighth grades to encourage younger 4-H members to participate in the 4-H dairy showcase.
This year, 10 Rising Stars received a neck medallion and an award of $400 at the Minnesota State Fair.
