Underwood Terrace site work underway, ceremonial groundbreaking next week
Three Rivers Community Action, a regional nonprofit organization, will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for the new 32-unit apartment building in Lake City called Underwood Terrace on Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 2:30 p.m. at 515 North 10th St. (next door to the Lake City Public Safety building).
“This brief outdoor gathering at the active project construction site will include comments from the project team, funders and community partners followed by celebratory groundbreaking photos together,” the nonprofit said in a news release.
