County conservationists to be honored as finalists at soil and water district convention

The Minnesota Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts (MASWCD) has named Eric and Michelle Heins of Hoosier Ridge Ranch in Watopa Township as one of eight Area Finalists in the 2022 Outstanding Conservationist Award Program.
