Wabasha County approves another solar project, moves to refinance justice center

In action taken at their regular meeting on Feb.16, The Wabasha County Board of Commissioners voted unanimous approval for a Conditional Use Permit for construction of another solar garden in the county.
All Commissioners were present, along with County Administrator Michael Plante and County Attorney Karrie Kelly. This meeting was not long, but the Commissioners had a full day’s agenda ahead of them.
