Wabasha County Zoning Ordinance - Shoreland Regulations

NOTICE OF ADOPTION
OF THE WABASHA COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
RELATING TO SHORELAND REGULATIONS (Chapter 13)
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing was held by the Wabasha County Planning Commission in the County Board Room, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota on February 27, 2023 and March 27, 2023 on proposed revisions to Chapter 13 of the Wabasha County Zoning Ordinance and on April 4, 2023 the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners voted by a majority vote to adopt such revisions.  The general purpose of the revision relates to the design criteria for structures in the shoreland regulations. It should be noted that this publication is only a summary and that the full text of revisions is available for public inspection on the County website at www.co.wabasha.mn.us or can be viewed in the Office of the Wabasha County Auditor/Treasurer.  The revisions to the Wabasha County Zoning Ordinance shall become effective upon publication of this notice.
