WEST ALBANY TOWNSHIP BOARD will receive quotes for blading roads, snow plowing, sanding roads, mowing road ditches, and general road repair. Separate quotes will be received for crushed rock to be delivered on roads in the Township. There is approximately 18 miles of road. In 2022 West Albany Township used approximately 3,780 tons of crushed rock. Please quote crushed rock by the ton. All quotes must be delivered to the Theilman Opera House and in the hands of the Town Clerk at 8:00 p.m. on April 24, 2023. Quotes will also be accepted by the Town Clerk before April 24, 2023 at her home. The quotes accepted must furnish certificates of workman’s compensation and liability insurance. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all quotes. The Board will meet at the Theilman Opera House, 62643 261st Avenue, Theilman, MN at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 24, 2023 to open the quotes. Notice to all Lake Township Residents: The April monthly meeting of the Lake Township Board will be changed from April 18, 2023 to April 25, 2023 and will start at 7:00 p.m. the regularly scheduled meetings will return to the third Tuesday of every month in May, 2023 unless otherwise advertised. The Board of Appeal and Equalization for Belvidere Township will meet on April 27, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. at the Belvidere Town Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor. If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you still disagree with this, you may appear before the township board. The board will review your assessments and may make corrections as needed. The Chester Township Board of Supervisors will hold its regular monthly meetings at 7:00 p.m. on the last Monday of every month at the Mazeppa Community Center. These are the scheduled meetings unless otherwise posted and/or advertised. Jake Atkinson, Clerk.
The Chester Township Board of Supervisors will receive quotes for road work until 7:00 p.m. on April 24th, 2023 for snow plowing, road blading, road surface rock truck spread by July 15, 2023, rock for icy roads truck spread, and ditch mowing. All quotes for each job must be separate and include a certificate of insurance. Chester Township has approximately 28 miles of road. The town board reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all quotes. Important Information Regarding Assessment and Classification of Property. This may affect your 2024 property taxes. OPEN BOOK APPEAL: NOTICE lS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Appeal and Equalization for Gillford Township will be open from April 10, 2023 to May 12, 2023 - Contact the Assessor’s Office for an Appointment Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Phone: 651-565-3669 or email: LBAE@co.wabasha.mn.us.
