Workshop MEETING
MONDAY, MARCH 13, 2023  
5:00 p.m.
CITY HALL CHAMBERS
Members Present: Mayor Mark Nichols, Amy Alkire, Cindy McGrath, Russell Boe, Faye Brown, Brian Quinn, Megan Kramer
Members Absent:    None
Staff Present: City Administrator Robert Keehn, City Clerk Kari Schreck, Finance Director Jerome Illg
Mayor Nichols called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Motion Brown, second Quinn to adopt the agenda as presented.  All ayes 7-0-0.
Smith Schafer & Associates 2022 financial summary
Megan Houdek, manager from Smith Schafer & Associates, presented the 2022 audit findings and answered questions from Council.
The city is in a stable financial position and maintained its AA rating.
Motion McGrath, second Boe to adjourn at 5:50 p.m. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.
