10U softball team takes second at Pine Island tournament

The Lake City Heat 10U softball team finished second at the Pine Island 10U softball tournament.
Lake City beat the Winona Winstars – Blue in their first game 5-0.
They then defeated Kasson Blue 8-2 to move onto the championship game.
The girls had a great day but would fall to Rochester Lightning 1-8 to take second place.
