Lakeshore Agency buys Gillford Mutual’s agency business
Lakeshore Agency has acquired Gillford Mutual Insurance Company’s agency subsidiary, the companies announced.
Gillford Mutual Insurance will continue to operate its insurance business at 122 N. Lakeshore Drive in Lake City. Its agency customers will now have their policies serviced by Lakeshore Agency, headquartered a few blocks away at 109 S. Lakeshore Drive. And Lakeshore Agency will also be able to write and service new policies with Gillford Mutual Insurance.
