City: Be aware of snow emergency rules, sign up for CodeRED notifications

With winter coming, the City of Lake City is reminding people that when a snow emergency is declared in Lake City by city crews, vehicles must not park on city streets until they are plowed curb to curb.
Fines for being parked on City Streets during a Emergency are $150 per vehicle.
Notification of Snow Emergencies is done by CodeRED using texting and email notifications.
