Rotary Club shares exchange student news
Our visitor at our Rotary meeting Jan. 8 was Brisa Fernadez Kubiak, who is a sophomore at our Lincoln High School.
She is interested in becoming our next outbound exchange student. She became friends with a student last year who was an exchange student from Thailand and both thought this would be a great idea.
She is giving great thought to the idea. She’s now learning to speak the language . She knows it will be a big step. But thinks it would be a wonderful experience.
Her mother came with her and is very encouraging.
