Helpers needed for Flags of Valor
The American Legion and Legion Auxiliary sponsored Flags of Valor will be flying along North Hwy. 61 from Ohuta Park to Kelly’s Lake House Restaurant from Wednesday, June 26 through Sunday, June 30.
Everyone is invited to assist in setting up and taking down the flags. Flags will be assembled at Gold Star Mothers Park, which is at the corner of Park St. and Hwy. 61, starting at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, June 26. Look for members with red vests. Organizers will greet you and assist you to find an activity you’d like to do. Youth are invited, but must be supervised by an adult.
