Free well testing kits available

The Minnesota Department of Health and the Tap-In collaboration are offering free well test kits to homes in southeast Minnesota counties including Wabasha, Winona, Fillmore, Dodge, Goodhue, Houston, Mower, and Olmsted, according to a news release.
