Further traffic restrictions as work increases on Wabasha County Hwy. 5

Beginning the week of June 23, road work on Wabasha County Hwy. 5 between 355th Ave. and Clubhouse Dr in Lake City will be increasing including the replacement of culverts and earthwork, according to the Wabasha County Highway Department.

Through traffic must use alternate routes. Local residents may still use County Hwy. 5 to access their property served by County Hwy. 5; however, access may be limited to/from one direction at times, and road users should expect loose gravel, uneven lanes, lane closures, and traffic delays.
