Two more wins for Tiger tennis as post-season nears

The Lake City girls’ tennis team had two strong victories this week, defeating Red Wing 6-1 and Winona 6-1.
Against Red Wing, Thèrèse Bauer, Gemma Bauer, and Emma Siert claimed singles wins, while the Tigers swept all three doubles matches. Red Wing’s lone point came at No. 1 singles, where Lorilei Hartman edged out Rylee Thieren in a three-set very long battle finishing just before sunset.
