Tiger football team unable to overcome early miscues against Randolph

An early 20-point deficit was too much to overcome for Lake City as the Tigers fell to Randolph 50-28 in the regular season finale last Wednesday night.

The Rockets quick start began with a four play, 62-yard scoring drive that took just 1:44. Tristan Zingler opened the scoring with a four-yard touchdown run.

Lake City fumbled on its opening offensive play of the game and the Rockets needed just one play to double their lead as a 25-yard touchdown pass made it 12-0 just 2:24 into the contest.
