Knights of Columbus announce local free throw contest champions
Local Knights of Columbus Council 1865 conducted their annual Free Throw Shooting contest the week of Feb. 2.
Participants ages 9, 10 and 11 shot from 12 feet and used a girls’ size ball. Participants, ages 12-14 shot from 15 feet and used a regulation size girls’ or boys’ ball, depending on their gender.
The winners listed below with their totals advanced to the Regional competition in Rochester on Sunday, March 1. This year we had 97 total participants in the contest.
