Emplify Wabasha adds outpatient oncology, chemotherapy care

Starting this January, Emplify Health by Gundersen Wabasha Hospital introduced outpatient chemotherapy and oncology services, alongside a new palliative care program.
“If you have a loved one undergoing chemotherapy, you understand how draining it is—not just the treatment itself, but the travel. Having care close to home means everything,” shares Abby Oxendine, manager of clinic nursing.
